Hi. I’m Sean.I solve technology problems for humans.
I’m a learning scientist and a tech ally. In 20+ years working in classrooms, businesses, and households, I’ve seen plenty of people experience the stresses of digital life. I’ve developed an expertise in solving those stresses and easing the friction people feel with their technology.

Why I’m qualified.
I’ve led 1:1 laptop and Chromebook deployments at the school-district scale. I’ve built hiring and training systems for tech bootcamps and higher-ed programs. I’ve modernized Computer Science and Robotics curricula. I’ve trained instructors and managers across continents, and provided concierge-style technical support to private clients.
Along the way I’ve supported people of all technical backgrounds and abilities (which includes people just like you).

I do the opposite. I start with the human, hear what they need and what’s not going right, and only then turn to the technology. Solving the problem is important, but even more important is leaving you feeling empowered in your digital world.
